Lage und Verkehrsanschluss
Zwischen dem Hafen Souris auf der Prinz-Eduard-Insel und dem Ort Cap-aux-Meules auf den Magdalenen-Inseln gibt es einen regelmäßigen Fährverkehr und auf der benachbarten Îles-du-Havre-aux-Maisons befindet sich der Flughafen der Inselgruppe.

The archipelago is composed of about a dozen islands, six of which are linked by long, thin, sand dunes. The names of the islands (from north to south) are: Grande Entrée, Grosse Île, Pointe aux Loups, Havre aux Maisons, Cap aux Meules, and Havre Aubert.
